（一）直接上司：規劃設計部經理
（二）工作職權、責任與范圍說明書
1、對規劃設計經理負責，協助其工作；
2、負責項目景觀、小品等的設計與評價修改以及組織設計，參與項目的景觀造價分析，負責解決施工過程中的景觀技術的問題的解決。
4、負責新項目的立項，選址，方案設計中的景觀綠化等配套問題的解決；
5、參與公司在建開發項目的景觀單項工程結構成本概算、測算與評估；
6、負責項目的各類規劃、設計方案的景觀部分的組織評定、修改等工作。
（三）工作標準
1、準確性、科學性、可行性、前瞻性、新穎性：2、規范化、專業化、理性化；
（四）崗位、職位綜合素質、技能要求
1、具有豐富的景觀設計經驗，能夠根據不同的項目確定不同的設計方案。2、具有承受工作壓力的習慣與團隊精神；熟練使用各種設計軟件；3、園林設計、景觀設計、裝修設計等相關專業大學本科以上學歷，三年以上同職位工作經歷，中級以上職稱等以上資格，年齡在35周歲以內。有在知名房地產公司或景觀設計機構工作經歷及多項景觀設計方案。
