Host Family Application Dear Host Family: Thank you to take some time off to read this letter. Wang Yan is my name, I’m a student from Liaoning University of Technology. I will head to your beautiful country and start my professional career which will last for a week. I sincerely hope that you can offer me a chance to be a part of your life, to be your student, friend and a member of your family. As a foreigner, I really need you as my teacher. The most important goal of my trip is learning - learning of advanced technology, learning Japanese culture and history, learning communicating with Japanese in Japanese, learning surviving in another country, a totally strange place for me. Indeed, this week will affect me so much that it will establish a firm foundation for my future work and study. To achieve this object, I can’t leave the help from you. You will be the best teacher I ever have.
I wish to make friends with all the members in your family. I will join in your life smoothly and quickly, although I know that may cause some discommodities at beginning. I want to bring Chinese style friendliness and passion to your home and try to establish a culture exchange environment. While learning from you, you may acquaint some knowledge of Chinese culture, society and history from me either. I believe we will get to know each other and become good friends ultimately.
I will do whatever I can to fit in your family as soon as possible. Considering your feeling, respecting your own custom, helping the house works I capable in, managing my own life and getting along well with all the family members, I will try my best to be a qualified member and not bother you. The last things I want to do are disturbing your original life and causing chaos in your house.

新學(xué)期又開(kāi)始了,真高興孩子們又大了一歲,首先感謝您在過(guò)去的一年里對(duì)學(xué)校以及本年級(jí)工作的支持和幫助。開(kāi)學(xué)伊始,希望家長(zhǎng)們能一如既往地積極配合學(xué)校及五年級(jí)開(kāi)展工作,我們將以滿(mǎn)腔的熱情投入工作,以愛(ài)心、耐心和責(zé)任心來(lái)?yè)肀Ш⒆樱跃礃I(yè)的精神、專(zhuān)業(yè)的態(tài)度和您共同努力,促進(jìn)孩子的健康成長(zhǎng)!
本學(xué)期是孩子們五年小學(xué)生活的最后階段,也是重要階段,因此,讓我們一起攜起手來(lái),按照以下的工作目標(biāo)和重點(diǎn)去努力吧:
一、以學(xué)校工作思想為指導(dǎo),結(jié)合五年級(jí)組的實(shí)際情況,全面樹(shù)立以學(xué)生為本的教育教學(xué)思想,嚴(yán)格規(guī)范教學(xué)常規(guī)管理,深化課改,進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)團(tuán)隊(duì)意識(shí),培養(yǎng)合作精神,發(fā)揮集體智慧進(jìn)行教育和教學(xué),全面提高本年級(jí)教師的教育、教學(xué)水平。全方位服務(wù)于學(xué)生。本學(xué)期的工作重點(diǎn)是積極探討有效課堂教學(xué),落實(shí)素質(zhì)教育,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新能力和社會(huì)實(shí)踐能力,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生養(yǎng)成各方面良好的學(xué)習(xí)和行為習(xí)慣,人人爭(zhēng)做陽(yáng)光學(xué)子。
二、全組老師本著務(wù)實(shí)、勤奮、真誠(chéng)、虛心、互助、團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作、群策群力的思想,扎扎實(shí)實(shí)干好本職工作,認(rèn)認(rèn)真真地做好每一件事情,努力創(chuàng)建和諧、向上、團(tuán)結(jié)的陽(yáng)光年級(jí)組。
三、在學(xué)校里,老師們通過(guò)引導(dǎo)、教育、內(nèi)化,使學(xué)生養(yǎng)成良好的行為習(xí)慣,比如:預(yù)習(xí)、傾聽(tīng)、書(shū)寫(xiě)、小組合作、回答問(wèn)題、衛(wèi)生、紀(jì)律、走路、文明禮儀等方面的習(xí)慣,形成良好的班風(fēng)、學(xué)風(fēng),使學(xué)生具備自我教育、自我管理的能力,爭(zhēng)做陽(yáng)光少年。
四、充分利用電話(huà)、班級(jí)博客、約訪、走訪等多種形式,讓我們進(jìn)行有效溝通;繼續(xù)發(fā)揮家長(zhǎng)漂流日記的作用,讓家長(zhǎng)們互相學(xué)習(xí),互相促進(jìn),并發(fā)揮每月五年級(jí)致陽(yáng)光家庭的一封信的作用,促進(jìn)家校聯(lián)系,使學(xué)生健康、快樂(lè)地成長(zhǎng)。
五、家長(zhǎng)朋友們要幫助孩子正確認(rèn)識(shí)學(xué)習(xí)目的,引導(dǎo)孩子樹(shù)立正確的學(xué)習(xí)觀,讓孩子的學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)逐漸由外在學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)向內(nèi)在學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)化。認(rèn)真督促和檢查孩子的每學(xué)科家庭作業(yè)的完成情況和各學(xué)科的發(fā)展情況。
六、加強(qiáng)孩子自我責(zé)任意識(shí)的培養(yǎng),同時(shí)逐步培養(yǎng)孩子的家庭責(zé)任意識(shí)和社會(huì)責(zé)任意識(shí)。
七、關(guān)注孩子身體健康的同時(shí)密切關(guān)注孩子的心理健康,發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題及時(shí)疏導(dǎo),嚴(yán)重者及時(shí)看心理醫(yī)生。
八、加強(qiáng)和孩子之間的交流溝通,創(chuàng)建和諧、民主的家庭交往關(guān)系,培養(yǎng)孩子積極向上、大方開(kāi)朗的性格。
九、重視孩子的思維開(kāi)發(fā)更要重視孩子的情商培養(yǎng),如意志品質(zhì)、感受愛(ài)、感恩之心、人際交往等,讓孩子的情商得到及時(shí)有效的開(kāi)導(dǎo)。
