　　上周參加了E市農(nóng)村小學(xué)英語(yǔ)骨干教師新課程培訓(xùn)，覺(jué)得很感動(dòng)，這是我期待和向往已久的、真正有實(shí)效的教研活動(dòng)。這都要感謝各地、各區(qū)教研員的悉心安排，這一系列活動(dòng)，其宗旨就是切切實(shí)實(shí)提高我們英語(yǔ)教師的業(yè)務(wù)能力。

　　受益匪淺的第一天。聽(tīng)了由蕭山區(qū)朝暉小學(xué)z老師執(zhí)教的《It’s warm today》，以及崇文實(shí)驗(yàn)學(xué)校z執(zhí)教的《Who’s taller?》，最后由z老師的綜合點(diǎn)評(píng)，真的學(xué)到了很多。首先，兩位年輕老師個(gè)人素養(yǎng)都很高，語(yǔ)音面貌較好，并有較強(qiáng)的語(yǔ)言駕馭能力，自始至終有正確的語(yǔ)言示范，這些無(wú)疑給學(xué)生的語(yǔ)音學(xué)習(xí)奠定了良好的基礎(chǔ)。

　　其次，樊老師在執(zhí)教過(guò)程的實(shí)效性較高。導(dǎo)入清楚、操練充分，層層遞進(jìn)；多媒體的運(yùn)用恰到好處，沒(méi)有花哨、作秀的成分；雖然是語(yǔ)法教學(xué)，但沒(méi)有生硬的語(yǔ)法講解，而是自然地滲透，示范，這真是我們小學(xué)階段語(yǔ)法教學(xué)課的典范。當(dāng)然經(jīng)過(guò)徐老師的一番點(diǎn)評(píng)，讓我也更深刻地認(rèn)識(shí)了這兩堂課需要改進(jìn)的地方，如《Who’s taller?》一課中，這雖然是一節(jié)語(yǔ)法課，在最后也可以滲透情感教育：I’m shorter than you but I’m stronger than you（我比你矮，但比你強(qiáng)壯），引導(dǎo)學(xué)生不必自卑，要學(xué)會(huì)尋找自己的閃光點(diǎn)。

　　倍受感動(dòng)的第二天。第二天主要進(jìn)行了專題講座，分別是蕭山區(qū)教研員吳麗華老師的“英語(yǔ)教師的專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)——做一名有魅力的小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教師”和E市教研員吳萍老師的語(yǔ)音模擬教學(xué)。吳麗華老師主要介紹了她們蕭山區(qū)英語(yǔ)教研活動(dòng)的一些經(jīng)驗(yàn)和所取得的成效；吳萍老師則把我們帶回到了學(xué)生時(shí)代，為我們生動(dòng)而風(fēng)趣地演繹了一節(jié)語(yǔ)音模擬課，為我們的語(yǔ)音教學(xué)指明了方向，提高了認(rèn)識(shí)。真的，我為教研員們這種務(wù)實(shí)的精神所折服，為這種認(rèn)真的勁兒所感動(dòng)，也不得不鞭策自己把這種精神、這種態(tài)度帶回到自己的教學(xué)工作中，和我的孩子們一起成長(zhǎng)！

篇3：讓英語(yǔ)課堂活起來(lái)心得體會(huì)

　　讓英語(yǔ)課堂“活”起來(lái)的心得體會(huì)

　　英語(yǔ)課程改革的重點(diǎn)就是要強(qiáng)調(diào)課程從學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣、生活經(jīng)驗(yàn)和認(rèn)知水平出發(fā)，倡導(dǎo)體驗(yàn)、實(shí)踐、參與、合作與交流的學(xué)習(xí)方式和任務(wù)型的教學(xué)途徑，發(fā)展學(xué)生的綜合語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用能力，使語(yǔ)言學(xué)習(xí)的過(guò)程成為學(xué)生形成積極的情感態(tài)度、主動(dòng)思維和大膽實(shí)踐、提高跨文化意識(shí)和形成自主學(xué)習(xí)能力的過(guò)程。本人結(jié)合教學(xué)實(shí)踐和探索，談?wù)勅绾渭せ顚W(xué)生，從而讓高中英語(yǔ)教學(xué)“活”起來(lái)。

　　有效學(xué)習(xí)與無(wú)效學(xué)習(xí)的關(guān)鍵在于“主動(dòng)”（active）的態(tài)度和過(guò)程（procedure）。那么，怎樣才能激活學(xué)生主動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)呢？

　　一、引入競(jìng)爭(zhēng)機(jī)制，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生積極思考的習(xí)慣

　　好勝心強(qiáng)，不甘落后，是青少年學(xué)生共同的心理特征。因此，教師要有意識(shí)地運(yùn)用競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的方法激活學(xué)生，使每一個(gè)學(xué)生都積極主動(dòng)地參與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。例如，一上課，我們可根據(jù)課文內(nèi)容的切入點(diǎn)、關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)幾個(gè)帶有啟發(fā)性、開(kāi)放性的問(wèn)題。如在教學(xué)SEFC Book 1B Unit14 Festivals時(shí)，我設(shè)計(jì)了以下兩個(gè)問(wèn)題：

　　1、Howdo Chinesecelebrate the SpringFestival?

　　2、Why do we celebrate the Spring Festival?

　　學(xué)生被分成了兩個(gè)大組進(jìn)行競(jìng)爭(zhēng)，看哪一組想出的觀點(diǎn)多、觀點(diǎn)好。這樣學(xué)生就會(huì)開(kāi)動(dòng)腦筋，積極思考。學(xué)生的想象力是驚人的，有時(shí)會(huì)使老師自嘆不如，他們會(huì)想出比教學(xué)參考書(shū)還多的答案。對(duì)于以上的兩個(gè)問(wèn)題，學(xué)生想出了以下的回答：

　　回答1：Clean our house to sweep away the dirty.

　　Put up red couples on gates.

　　Wear new clothes.

　　Have hair cut .

　　Pay a New Year call to wish others a good luck.

　　Family get-together.

　　Have rich meals.

　　Set off firecrackers to drive away a ghost called Nian.

　　Debts repaid.

　　Ask the Gods for good health,good luck in the coming year.

　　…

　　回答2：To have a good rest/have a good rela*ation.

　　To say good-bye to the old year.

　　To welcome the New Year.It means a new beginning.

　　To develop the friendship between friends/relations.

　　To wish others a good beginning/good luck.

　　To enjoy the peaceful life.

　　…

　　這類開(kāi)放性問(wèn)題沒(méi)有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)答案，教師應(yīng)允許學(xué)生“胡說(shuō)八道”，允許他們張揚(yáng)個(gè)性。教師要用期待的目光環(huán)視全體學(xué)生，要用鼓勵(lì)的眼神注視那些躍躍欲試的學(xué)生。在這定有激勵(lì)性的課堂氛圍中，學(xué)生會(huì)鼓足勇氣，信心百倍，爭(zhēng)先恐后站起來(lái)發(fā)表自己的見(jiàn)解。對(duì)于發(fā)表意見(jiàn)的學(xué)生，不管意見(jiàn)正確與否，都要給予恰如其分的表?yè)P(yáng)和贊譽(yù)，因?yàn)槟钱吘故撬麄兘?jīng)過(guò)自身努力而想出來(lái)的，是他們積極思考的結(jié)果，而成功的喜悅體驗(yàn)是學(xué)生的最大動(dòng)力。最后，教師要總體評(píng)價(jià)，劃級(jí)分等，樹(shù)立榜樣。這樣，將競(jìng)爭(zhēng)機(jī)制引入課堂，能形成緊張而活潑的課堂氣氛，能逐步培養(yǎng)www.dewk.cn學(xué)生積極思考的習(xí)慣。

　　二、建構(gòu)情景互動(dòng)，激發(fā)學(xué)生的交際欲望

　　語(yǔ)言學(xué)習(xí)的目的是交際，語(yǔ)言交際能力也只有在真實(shí)自然的交際中才能獲得。所以，成功的外語(yǔ)教學(xué)在課內(nèi)創(chuàng)設(shè)更多的情景，讓學(xué)生有機(jī)會(huì)運(yùn)用所學(xué)的語(yǔ)言材料。

　　教師根據(jù)教學(xué)內(nèi)容和學(xué)生的認(rèn)知水平、知識(shí)背景，在教學(xué)過(guò)程中有意識(shí)、有目的地創(chuàng)設(shè)問(wèn)題情景，并使這種情景具有鮮明的時(shí)代性、情感性、生活性、參與性，就能引發(fā)學(xué)生的認(rèn)認(rèn)知沖突，動(dòng)搖學(xué)生已有的認(rèn)知結(jié)構(gòu)的平衡狀態(tài)，使他們產(chǎn)生疑惑和探索欲望，喚起思維的能動(dòng)性，從而樂(lè)于發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題、提出問(wèn)題并進(jìn)而使課堂成為一個(gè)充滿問(wèn)題互動(dòng)和活力的交際場(chǎng)所。

　　如在教學(xué)SEFC Book 1B Unit19 Speaking時(shí)，我讓五人為一個(gè)表演小組，一位扮演種甘蔗的專業(yè)戶，一位扮演種水稻的專業(yè)戶，一位扮演種水果的專業(yè)戶，一位扮演養(yǎng)豬專業(yè)戶，另一位扮演村長(zhǎng)，然后五人就如何使用一塊土地的問(wèn)題展開(kāi)討論，說(shuō)出自己的觀點(diǎn)，并說(shuō)明理由支持自己的觀點(diǎn)或反對(duì)別人的觀點(diǎn)。

　　整個(gè)教學(xué)過(guò)程中，學(xué)生都全身心投入表演，挖空心思想出理由來(lái)，不知不覺(jué)中訓(xùn)練了語(yǔ)言交際能力，較好地完成了這節(jié)課的目的，即“提供建議和做出決定”。這難道不是建構(gòu)情景互動(dòng)的魅力嗎？

　　以上是我在激活學(xué)生的主動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)熱情和創(chuàng)造性思維從而激活課堂方面的體會(huì)。激情與創(chuàng)意思維本身是看不見(jiàn)、摸不著的，它在頭腦和心靈深處，靠教師用心智、用熱情去激活。課堂中的點(diǎn)滴火花都是可貴的，正所謂“星星之火，可以燎原”。學(xué)生的熱情一旦被激起，無(wú)數(shù)靈感與創(chuàng)意將油然而生，這是我們所高興看到的。
